Submit a Manuscript to the Journal of Online Business
Before a manuscript can be submitted to the Journal of Online Business, it has to be prepared according to the manuscript sheet guidelines (Click here for manuscript sheet guidelines). It must be authors' original work, and not published anywhere. In addition, a payment of $ 100 (non-refundable) is required before the manuscript can be forwarded for professional reviews. Once payment has been received, the authors will receive an email acknowledging payment of submission fee.
Once payment has been processed, the authors will be emailed directions on where and how to submit their manuscript to the editor. The authors will receive another email acknowledgement from the editor concerning receipt of their manuscript, along with expected times of review. We strive to complete all professional reviews within 4 weeks of receipt of manuscript. The editor then makes a decision on its suitability for publication within a week from receipt of all professional reviews. If a manuscript has been accepted for publication in Journal of Online Business, the authors will have to execute a document assigning all copyrights to that manuscript to the Institute for the Study of Online Business. The authors will warrant that the manuscript has not been published in any medium (online or offline) anywhere in the world, is their original work and will be solely responsible for the content.
The Journal of Online Business (ISSN: 1932-9288) is a refereed publication. Every manuscript submitted undergoes blind professional reviews before it is accepted for publication.
You can pay for your submission fee with a cheque or you can use Paypal. If paying by cheque, please make it payable to ISOOB and mail it to P O Box 2481, Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA 90274. Please note that the submission fee is non-refundable.
